I was honoured to photograph two special people and the build crew of the magnificent art piece – MUCARO. They say a picture tells a thousand words. I think no comments are needed to see the love and electricity between these two.
Had a stroll with a lovely couple along the Charles and through Boston Public Gardens. The weather cooperated, though the wind tried to take down my soft-box on more than one occasion.
It’s cold in Boston and I have been sharpening my studio skills at the New England School of Photography. Alex is a model and an opera singer (the second opera singer I’ve photographed!) We went for simplistic theme and made use of a giant white cube. Lately, I find myself wanting to shoot simpler, less busy themes. Elegance in simplicity?
“Requiem” is a more personal project of mine dedicated to those struggling with depression and suicidal ideation. It is also dedicated to friends and relatives that surround such individuals. I am honoured that my collaboration on this important project with Elizabeth Houston was recognized and published in the Giuseppina Magazine.
If you are having suicidal thoughts please reach out and call a help line. Help is available and it does get better!
I am overjoyed to announce that I have been once again published in one of my favorite fashion magazines – Gothesque. It is truly an honor. My love for photography began with shooting Gothic shoots and it is so nice to see it come full circle with the recognition my Gothic photographs are getting. As always, a big thank you to my wonderful team without which none of this would be possible: Model: Melanie French, MUA: Tffy DeJesus, Hair: Lexi Jay.
Without further ado, I present to you “Under Your Spell” published in the Sleeping Beauty volume of Gothesque.
“Assol” is published in Surreal Beauty. This wonderful shoot took place in the beautiful Vancouver, Canada last summer. I am thrilled to see it in print. It was shot in almost complete darkness towards the end of the shoot! My team rocked the set and I believe the results speak for themselves.
