This Bridal Editorial shoot took me months to organize, but in the end it was worth every drop of sweat I put into it. I am overjoyed to announce that once again my photos will be published in a magazine, this time a Wedding one! To a photographer there is no bigger reward than seeing her work in print. Well, seeing my clients happy is also rewarding, don’t’ get me wrong. 😛
My wonderful team for the shoot consisted of:
Makeup Artist: Carmen Tse
Hair Stylist: Brendan Hopwood
We began the shoot in the usual way – getting hair and makeup done for the models. Here are a few of the getting ready pics.
After getting hair done for our beautiful models, wonderful Brendan Hopwood asked if he can also braid my hair. That was unbelievably sweet of him! I have to say that Brendan is an absolute sweetheart and it was such a pleasure to work with him! It was very neat to be in the chair getting my hair done. I felt like a model again for a split second. 😉
After everyone’s hair was done (including mine!) we began shooting. The dresses fit unbelievably well with the antique furniture!
The results of this wonderful collaboration with Carmen, Brendan, Naomi and Dana will be published in the upcoming issued of the Coco Bride – Vancouver based Wedding magazine. I am very proud to have my photos featured in this wonderful magazine.
I will post magazine tear sheets as soon as I get them. Stay tuned!
